1.機械設計及阿、模具設計與制造、機電或相關大專以上，熟悉風扇、電燙斗等小家電的結構設計，熟悉產品設計流程，精通相關設計軟件，能解決產品開發(fā)過程中的技術問題。；2.5年以上整機結構設計經驗；具備獨立完成整機結構設計能力；3.熟悉塑膠和五金模具結構，了解模具制造、注塑、沖壓、壓鑄成型工藝和材料的特性，熟悉各種材料表面處理工藝，結構設計及產品BOM編制，工程跟進，從開模主大貨生產一條龍全程跟進及技術支持。4.具有較強的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)作精神，能承受高強度工作壓力。5.能主動對新產品提出構思、創(chuàng)意想法。
