1.As reply inquiry, before quote for customer, should know the basic customer information, including whether he’s the terminal customers, annual procurement capacity and consumption area, as well as, the purpose of the product specifications and quality requirements, our company can product and customize, etc.
2.In principle,foreign email, fax, must reply within 24 hours;Special circumstances can be delayed, but should be timely explain to foreign and need more time.
3.Quotation for foreign customer, in principle, the price need to refer to the price list calculated by financial department;The company's financial department will calculate regularly according to market conditions and the production cost,then adjust the price of the product.
4.For large quantity order,the customer accepted price is lower than our company price, salesman should reported to the department manager to approve;If the department manager without the power to determine, need to apply to general manager for approval.
5.In CFR and CIF price, salesman need to contact the forwarder and confirmto book the vessel related things; Arrange to transport and loading before the time of shipping order.
6.Sending sample to customer, in principle the shipping price need to pay when arrive by customer;As the sample amount is larger, in principle, the customer need to afford the cost.After confirm the order, we can deduct the cost and shipping fees for sample.
7.Terms of payment,accept T/T and L/C at sight. Usually 30% T/T in advance, the balance paid before shipment. If the value of the machine is very low, we suggest the customer to pay full.As L/C,the salesman and advising bank are responsible for checking the L/C form and terms, if there’s any difference, we should inform customers on time to modify.If the L/C reviewed no question, need to report the department manager to review.
8.When receive the deposit from customer, salesman need to make the production request, remark the delivery time, then arrange to produce the machine, guarantee to delivery on time.
9.In C&F and CIF price terms, the salesman should be a week before the end of the production, arrange forwarder, confirm the tank;Two days before the shipment, loading, transportation arrangements.
10.When we need to entrust intermediary institution to do customs declaration, commodity legal inspection, insurance, business people will prepare relevant documents for intermediary institutions;Conduction process, business personnel can assist.
11.In the way of letter of credit, business people must be careful operation, careful, pay attention to the consistency of the documents and receive the payment safely.
12.After receiving the full payment, salesman need to organize related information, and send the related documents to accounting for cancel after verification and drawback. Pay attention to foreign after-sales service, help customer to solve the problem, in order to establish long-term reliable cooperation partnership.
